Complete this after payment. The 24-hour clock starts when we receive a complete intake — calendar hours, no business-hours window. Payment alone does not start the clock. No Zoom needed. SLA & blockers

Before you submit — required for a complete intake

Public https:// URL — must load without VPN / IP allowlist. No localhost, no 127.0.0.1, no placeholder domains.
Working test login — password preferred. Magic-link / 2FA / SSO need bypass notes or backup codes.
2–5 journeys in product language (“Sign up → create project”). Max 5; “test everything” is out of scope.
Paywall policy — prefer Stripe test mode or a pre-paid Pro test account. We do not run live personal cards on your production checkout for Starter by default.

Monetization If paywalled: how we test purchases

Required unless monetization is “Free only.” We won’t run live card charges on your production checkout for Starter unless you insist and accept residual risk.
