Delivery SLA

• Within 24 hours of a complete intake
• Calendar hours — no business-hours window
• Payment alone does not start the clock — intake must be complete

What “complete intake” means

• Public https:// app URL (not localhost, not VPN-only)
• Working test login (password preferred) or clear magic-link instructions
• At least 2 critical journeys (max 5)
• If paywalled: how we exercise billing safely (test mode / pre-paid account / UI-only)

Blockers that pause or prevent the audit

• VPN, IP allowlist, Cloudflare Access, or geo-block without a bypass
• SSO/SAML-only with no break-glass test user
• 2FA on the test user without backup codes
• Expired / wrong credentials
• Flaky deploy (repeated 5xx) or DNS down
• Native-only apps, or “test everything” / heavy multi-role enterprise scope
• Core path requires a live production card charge (no sandbox / pre-paid test account)

If blocked after good-faith triage, we pause the clock and email you — refund or reschedule paths apply when we cannot run the audit.

Paywall policy (Starter)

• Preferred: Stripe test mode / sandbox checkout
• Good: Pre-provisioned paid/Pro test account
• OK: Paywall UI + entitlement checks only
• Avoid: Live personal card on your production checkout
