Refunds

Plain rules so you know what happens if an audit can’t run. Email launchgate@agentmail.to with your Stripe receipt.

Full refund (or reschedule)

We have not started the audit yet
We cannot access the app after good-faith triage (bad URL, auth blocked, VPN/allowlist, flaky deploy) and you don’t want to fix access
We audited the wrong URL because of our error

Not the default after delivery

Once a substantive verdict pack is delivered, cash refunds are not the default
A don’t-ship or ship-with-fixes outcome is still a completed audit
If something went sideways, email us — we may offer a free Recheck or credit instead of cash

Recheck & duplicates

Accidental double Starter payment → we refund the duplicate
Recheck paid with no prior Launch Gate audit → we convert (pay the Starter shortfall) or refund
