Is this automated or human?
AI-led delivery with a light quality gate. You get speed and consistency; borderline don’t-ship calls get extra scrutiny.
What if you find blockers?
That’s the point. A don’t-ship with clear P0s and fix prompts is often the highest-value outcome.
Do I need to hop on a call?
No. Async by design.
What do you need from me?
Deploy URL, test account(s), and up to 5 journeys that matter (we can infer defaults if you’re unsure).
What if my app requires a purchase / paid plan?
Prefer Stripe test mode or a pre-provisioned paid test account in intake. We’ll exercise paywall gating and entitlement. We do not run live card charges on your production checkout as part of Starter — if only live purchase works, we mark full checkout residual risk unless you provide sandbox access.
What if the deploy is flaky, geo-blocked, or needs VPN?
That’s a readiness fail. Fix deploy or give us a stable public staging URL before paying — or use the free readiness check first.
What if magic-link / 2FA / SSO blocks login?
Provide a bypass test account or disable 2FA on the test user. If we can’t get in, the audit can’t start (clock doesn’t run).
When does the 24-hour clock run?
Calendar hours — within 24 hours of a complete intake. No business-hours window. Payment alone does not start the clock.
What is Recheck?
$49 for the same app URL within 90 days of a prior Launch Gate audit. Diff-focused. First audits use Starter ($99). Buy Recheck.
What’s included as a bonus?

What about refunds?
If we haven’t started the audit, or we can’t access your app after good-faith triage, we’ll refund or reschedule. After a substantive verdict pack is delivered, refunds are not the default — email launchgate@agentmail.to and we’ll make it right if we audited the wrong URL due to our error.
What commonly blocks an audit?
VPN / IP allowlists, Cloudflare Access, SSO-only, 2FA without backup codes, localhost URLs, flaky 5xx deploys, native-only apps, or a core path that requires a live production card charge with no sandbox. Details: status page.
