Checklist reference (must be true)

Public HTTPS URL that loads without VPN / IP allowlist / Cloudflare Access wall
At least one usable test account (password preferred; or signup that creates one)
Magic-link / 2FA / SSO: bypass test user or backup codes ready
You can name 2–5 critical journeys (e.g. signup → first value → paywall)
App is a typical web SaaS/MVP (not native-only, not huge enterprise RBAC)
If billing exists: Stripe test mode or a pre-paid test account (not live card required)
No requirement that we merge code or hop on Zoom

Common blockers (pause / don’t buy yet)

Localhost, private IPs, or placeholder URLs
VPN / geo / IP allowlist without a temporary public staging URL
SSO-only or hard 2FA with no break-glass user
Flaky deploy (repeated 5xx) or DNS down
Core happy path requires a live production card charge
